The short version
- Traffic is measured with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics by default.
- No advertising or analytics cookies are set unless you consent to them.
- If you contact me or book a call, I use those details only to respond and work with you.
- I never sell your data.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics gives me aggregated, cookieless traffic figures (page views, referrers, countries). It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Google Analytics 4 runs only after you consent. It helps me understand how the site is used and measure whether my ads are working. Until you accept, it runs in a cookieless, aggregated mode (Google Consent Mode). Visitors outside the EU/UK/EEA are consented automatically; EU/UK/EEA visitors are asked first. You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email and message you enter are sent to me by email (via the email provider Resend) so I can reply. I keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to do the work. Happy to sign an NDA.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email and chosen time to schedule the meeting. Their privacy terms apply to that step.
Hosting & security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data (like IP addresses) to serve the site securely and protect against abuse.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, just email deepak@malhan.me and I'll take care of it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the “last updated” date above changes with it.
